Knowing that that is what one has at the end of the day, Jeff & Naomi planned their wedding with photography in mind. Their ceremony site, a private airstrip in Fernie, required little sprucing with a stunning mountain vista already on the horizon. But the couple rented vintage furniture to create a charming and memorable backdrop for their nuptials. They provided shabby chic chairs and a writing desk, an old bench displaying framed family photographs, a gold couch for the family session and a floral loveseat for the couple.
Besides the clever use of antiques, Jeff & Naomi crafted their custom wedding with a pre-ceremony "sneak peak", paid attention to the details [see grooms' socks], all the while paying homage to nature - which is what inspired their meeting [co-workers at Mountain Equipment Co-op].
The result is a stunning marriage of design and natural beauty. Congratulations Jeff & Naomi; you are a lovely couple. As proprietors of a knit & design shop, know that "It is threads, hundreds of tiny threads which sew people together through the years." - Simone Signoret
