Baby It's Cold; Help-Portrait

With the Christmas season upon us, I decided to participate in Help-Portrait '10 - but in typical FRESHstyle - in an unconventional way.
Help-Portrait in brief:
"Founded by Celebrity Photographer Jeremy Cowart, H-P is a community of photographers, coming together across the world to use their photography skills to give back to their local community./ In December, photographers around the world will be grabbing their cameras, finding people in need and taking their picture."
I need not look far for my inspiration.  A friend in our community, who originates from Moldova, is a nanny to these adorable twins, blue-eyed and serious.  They were very reluctant to have their photos taken individually and preferred sitting right next to each other with their red-shirted shoulders touching.  So sweet!
Moldova, in Eastern Europe, is the kind of place where tens of thousands of women are estimated to have fallen victim to human trafficking", and where catalogues exist advertising potential Moldovian 'wives for export'.     [We are happy our friend has been in neither circumstance - in case you were wondering!]
And while I didn't photograph our Moldovian friend, I offered the H-P gift of photography for her, in turn, to gift the lovely family that supports her.
Although we're not all in a service industry, I invite you to share what gifts you have been given with others this Christmas.  Even Especially if, by unconventional means!
